Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

A replacement or refund (as per your choice) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
No Returns – Exchange Only on Damaged Items
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or manufacturing defect.
However, if you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement, under the following conditions.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be physically damaged or defective when delivered.

You must raise the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must:

Show the entire package being opened from start to finish.

Clearly display the damaged or defective item.

Be continuous, with no cuts or edits.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging (with tags, box/pouch, etc.).
Once approved, we will re-deliver your exchange or replacement within 5–7 working days.
How to Request an Exchange
If you meet the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Mention your Order ID and briefly describe the issue.

Attach the full unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 working hours.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or a similar product of equal value if the original item is unavailable.
Not Eligible for Exchange
Please note that we cannot process exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Missing or incomplete unboxing video proof.
-
Damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling.

Products that have been used, worn, or missing original packaging.

We do not offer refunds or return-to-origin services except in approved cases.
