1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee (₹50–₹80) will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment in real time until delivery.
If your tracking link is inactive for more than 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
5. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If the courier returns your parcel due to:

Unreachable phone number, or

Non-acceptance of delivery —
We can reship the order after receiving reshipping charges from the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered parcels.

Currently, BolBeauty ships only within India.
